Please read everything in detail to make sure that we can get your unit tested as quickly as possible.

Step 1. You place your Order.

The price you see for shipping is round trip--to us and back to you. Once you submit your order, our shipping team will email you a shipping label to send us your unit(s) for testing. Your tracking number will be in the email with the label. All you will have to do is remove any mounting brackets, box it up, and take it to the nearest UPS drop-off location.

Step 2. DTC receives your order.

Once we have received your shipment, we unbox it, verify that all the proper paperwork was shipped with the unit and then place it into the testing queue. If you have not filled out the paperwork, it will delay entering the testing queue.

Do keep in mind that the time spent in the testing queue can fluctuate depending on how busy we are.

Tracking showing that it has been delivered doesn't mean that we have tested it yet. After you receive your shipping label, you should not hear from us again until your test results are ready. Please be patient, we will get through orders as fast as we can.

Step 3: Tests results.

Once we have tested your unit, we will email you with the test results. If it passes all of our tests, we will ship it back to you that day. If it fails, our test result email will also include the cost to rebuild, options, and any other info you might need to move the order forward. Once we have confirmation from you that you would like your unit rebuilt, It will enter the rebuild queue.

Step 4: Rebuild.

Easy enough, We have confirmed that you want your unit rebuilt and we will pull from the queue in the order that it enters.

Keep in mind, that just like the testing queue, that the rebuild queue time will fluctuate. We will try to be as accurate and upfront as possible with an estimate when we confirm your rebuild. Calling or emailing will delay that process for you and everyone else. *Think if you call and use 10 min of our time and so does 10 other people, how quickly that can add up each day.

Step 5: Shipping and invoicing

Once the rebuild is done, we will invoice you for the remaining balance if applicable. You will receive the invoice in your email and can pay online. Be sure to check your spam box if you do not see it.
